Perform all phases of form carpentry work, including layout, assembly, and installation of forms for concrete pouring.Interpret construction blueprints and drawings to determine formwork requirements.Cut, shape, and assemble wood or metal forms according to project specifications.Ensure forms are properly aligned, leveled, and braced to withstand the weight and pressure of poured concrete.Install reinforcements and bracing as needed to support formwork during concrete placement.Collaborate with other construction team members to coordinate formwork installation with concrete pouring schedules.Inspect forms for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired dimensions and finishes.Remove forms after the concrete has cured and cleaned up the work area.Assist with other tasks related to concrete work as needed, utilizing basic knowledge of concrete construction techniques.Our Hiring Process
