Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of service technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
- Monitor service schedules to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks

- Collaborate with the sales department to identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products
