Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Analyst IV to serve as a Medical Liaison Officer (LNO) supporting the Project Manager Soldier Medical Devices (PM SMD), Force Integration Division (FID). The Medical LNO will provide logistics analysis and medical liaison support services, contributing to the medical material readiness of the operational Army.
Responsibilities:
- Provide logistics analysis and medical liaison support services.
- Collaborate with PM SMD and key stakeholder organizations to effectively and efficiently support the medical material readiness of the operational Army.
- Support the fielding of new medical materiel and medical sets for commercial and non-developmental items.
- Assist centrally managed medical logistics programs, Army Supply Class VIII (SC VIII) cataloging and coordinating set building, and maintenance planning and operations.
- Assist with Government Information (Requirements) Managers by providing automated information system testing for logistics information management systems, such as:
- Theater Enterprise-Wide Logistics System (TEWLS)
- LOGICOL System
- Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP)
- Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A)
- Lead Materiel Integrator Decision Support Tool (LMI-DST)
- Medical Materiel Mobilization Planning Tool (M3PT)
- Participate in PM SMD administrative meetings and disseminate associated information and guidance to stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with personnel at various echelons.
- Manage efforts and prioritize/multi-task requirements that have a direct impact on operations.
- Enhance understanding of and develop alternative solutions to complex issues.
- Research and review existing standards and assist in developing new policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the preparation of the Monthly Progress Report (MPR).
- Support the coordination and conduct of kick-off meetings and program reviews.
- Assist in the development and delivery of Incoming and Outgoing Transition Plans.
- Contribute to the development of a Program Management Plan and Quality Control Plan.
- Support the preparation and submission of a Continuity Of Operations Plan (COOP).
- Provide support for monthly summaries of fielding activities.
- Assist in managing operations during emergency situations.
- Provide thorough and detailed documentation of experience, abilities, and background for personnel substitutions, if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics analysis or a related field.
- Familiarity with medical materiel and medical logistics programs.
- Experience with logistics information management systems (TEWLS, LOGICOL, AESIP, GCSS-A, LMI-DST, M3PT).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to travel to various locations, including Ft. Carson, Ft. Cavazos, Ft. Detrick, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Ft. Bragg, Ft. Campbell, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (Alaska), and Daenner Kaserne (Germany).
- Must adhere to all applicable federal regulations and policies.
- Must be able to provide necessary documentation for personnel changes.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any required security clearances.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
