Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead the growth of the ST9000 Wireless Nurse Call System. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience scaling high-volume business units through direct sales, reseller partnerships, and digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, a strategic approach to market expansion, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue through direct sales, channel partners, and digital outreach.
- Identify and engage senior living communities, independent living facilities, and long-term care providers to drive adoption of the ST9000.
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-volume, low-cost sales opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation, digital campaigns, and product positioning.
- Expand reseller and distribution networks, onboarding partners to scale sales growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of the ST9000.
- Track performance metrics and report on sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends.
- 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in senior living, healthcare technology, or B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of growing a high-volume, low-cost product line through multiple sales channels.
- Strong ability to develop reseller and channel partnerships to drive scalable growth.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth- focused environment.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in senior living, healthcare technology, or B2B SaaS sales.
