The Operations Manager will work with our Office Manager to provide outstanding service for Commercial and Residential customers. The management functions will take about 10/hrs week. Experience working with and managing a small crew. The balance of your time will be window cleaning as needed, estimating and sales. This is a great job if you have leadership skills and are physical, enjoy working outside, and can work independently. Training will be provided as needed.
Job Functions:
- Work with office manager/scheduler to "get the work out"
- Manage equipment for use in field.
- Conduct weekly safety training for window cleaners
- Clean windows
- Estimate jobs
- Sell cleaning services and add customers
Requirements:
• Organized and Dependable
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Experience selling and/or working with customers preferred
• Ability to train others
