RFA Engineering (www.rfamec.com) is an engineering service provider dedicated to delivering our clients with timely engineering support and expertise. We are seeking an experienced candidate to become an integral part of our engineering team. The selected candidate will work with an experienced engineering staff using state-of-the-art engineering tools & processes. This position will operate onsite at our customer's world-class engineering and manufacturing facility.

Engineering Technician - Product Coordinator
The main function of the Engineering Technician - Product Coordinator is to ensure all engineering workflow is kept up to speed with the status of new product development. This individual will help push people along that need to complete tasks that are holding up the program. They will also be responsible for delivering engineering packages and part lists for machine builds.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project timelines and track progress to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Facilitate communication among team members, including marketing, engineering, and manufacturing.
- Manage and maintain product documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of product launches.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist in creating detailed product roadmaps and timelines.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management, product management, project coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Desired Attributes:
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field.
- Experience in project management, product management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software. (SAP Preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Pay Range: $55,000-$65,000 – Commensurate with experience
