We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Admin to manage, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a deep understanding of Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This role requires a proactive, analytical, and collaborative professional who can ensure our Salesforce instance supports and drives our business objectives in the wealth management domain.

This position is located in our Birmingham, AL office. We offer a hybrid schedule 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.Remote is available for specific situations.Key Responsibilities :
Salesforce Administration :
Maintain, configure, and enhance the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) environment, including user roles, profiles, workflows, reports, dashboards, and permissions.Manage system integrations with other platforms and ensure data accuracy and integrity.Oversee data imports, exports, and migrations while maintaining data hygiene.Business Process Optimization :
Collaborate with technology leadership to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.Develop and maintain scalable solutions to support complex wealth management and financial planning business processes.Proactively identify opportunities for system improvement and automation to push innovative solutions.Customization and Development :
Test and deploy from Sandbox environments such as creating and customize objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and record types specific to the Financial Services Cloud.Build and maintain workflows via flows to support automation.Manage and deploy Salesforce AppExchange applications.Training and Support :
Provide ongoing support and training to cross-functional teams, including Practice Development, to ensure they are well-informed and equipped to educate and update Advisor Teams effectively.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.Reporting and Analytics :
Create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards tailored to the needs of financial services stakeholders.Provide actionable insights through data analysis to drive decision-making.Documentation and Maintenance :
Document system configurations, automation flows, processes, and training materials.Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases and industry best practices to recommend enhancements.Company Overview :

Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree. Experience will be highly considered in place of formal degrees.Experience : 5 years of experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or wealth management.Certifications : FSC Superbadge and Advanced Administrator or Developer certifications (preferred).Technical Skills :
Experience with or an understanding of financial planning and wealth management technologies (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, Orion, FMG suite, financial planning tools, and other portfolio management systems).Advanced knowledge of custom fields, validation rules, formulas, & duplication methods.Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permission management including security, roles & sharing rules.Experience with declarative solutions including creation of custom objects, workflows, approvals, flows, etc.Other Skills :
Proven experience taking highly conceptual business need and translate into a solution that can be effectively implemented.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently and professionally interact with individuals at all levels.Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and fintech trends.Proficiency in managing multiple tasks with excellent time management skills.Communicate effectively with users of varying technical expertise, the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and work both independently and collaboratively.Creative problem solver with the ability to anticipate needs and actively participate in a culture of excellence.Adaptable and quick learner in a fast-paced environment
