RFG Advisory is seeking a Temporary B2C Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team for maternity leave coverage from April to August. In this role, you will be pivotal in collaborating with our Financial Advisors to deliver comprehensive marketing support for their businesses. You will be responsible for the creation of a variety of marketing assets, including websites, invitations, brochures, and email campaigns, that not only strengthen the advisor's brand but also provide valuable information to their clients and prospects.
Location:
This position may be remote or located in Birmingham, AL office. If in Birmingham, we offer a hybrid schedule 3-days in-office, 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our financial advisors to understand their unique branding and marketing needs.
- Manage the development of engaging and informative content for marketing materials, including websites, brochures, and email campaigns, tailored to each advisor's target audience.
- Assist with designing and maintaining websites that showcase the financial advisor's expertise, services, and client testimonials. Ensure the websites are user-friendly and up-to-date.
- Ensure consistency and compliance in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all forms of marketing.
- Identify training needs for Advisors and collaborate with vendors to develop training programs and materials.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for Advisors and internal teams to enhance their understanding of marketing tools, processes, and resources.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to Advisors on utilizing marketing platforms, campaigns, and strategies effectively.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with vendors, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to industry regulations and company compliance standards.

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services
- Experience with Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Salesforce, or similar collaboration and project management tools.
- Must be technologically proficient and have a willingness and desire to learn new technologies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop and implement unique branding strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
- Capable of prioritizing workflow to meet real-time needs.
- Flexible and approachable member of the team who can effectively handle shifting schedules and tasks.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
