What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator/Inventory Specialist position at RFI Ingredients?
WE RE LOOKING FOR A FORKLIFT OPERATOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
- Repackaging Materials and Labeling.
- Moving Blended Materials to Packaging Area for Production.
- Assisting with Picking/Shipping/Receiving/Production needs as required.
- Cycle Counting Inventory.
- Inventory Investigations.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lb. regularly.
- Good attention to detail, record-keeping skills, organization.
- Must exhibit an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask.
- Ability to read and write legibly in the English language.
- Able to work 2nd shift or swing shift.
- Must have dependable transportation.
- Timeliness and consistent attendance.
Desired education: High school or equivalent.
Desired experience: Previous warehouse/picking experience is preferred, especially in GMP and cGMP environments. Forklift certification highly desired.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
