RFK Community Alliance has an opportunity for a Per Diem Residential Nurse to join our team in Lancaster Massachusetts.
Who We Seek
The Per Diem Residential Nurse position is a position designated to complement the nursing team within our residential programs. The Per Diem Nurse will work as a part of our residential team, to provide supervision of medication management and health coordination for youth in a residential setting between the ages of 6-22. You will also assist in overseeing medication plans and medication administration, as well as offering critical decision making for health emergencies. You will also assist in coordinating with guardians and the nursing team regarding health needs and assist in the ongoing health education of students and staff.

Who You Are
You are someone who leads with compassion and who values collaboration, professionalism, and teamwork. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a MA. RN Licensure, a minimum of two years of experience.

Shift
Shifts are available on an as needed basis to cover the absence of a residential nurse. Residential nursing hours are commonly Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00pm, but can be somewhat flexible around this time frame.
