The ideal candidate will build positive, trusting relationships with youth, grounded in mutual respect, and be skilled in using de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies when needed. You will assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that guide youth toward personal growth and healthier decision-making.

- Must have a High School Diploma, be at least 21 years old. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Shifts:
- Day shifts available: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Evening shifts available: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
- Night Awake shifts available 11:00pm- 8:00am

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive
This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
