Who We Seek:
Caring and compassionate professionals provide support to our children and adolescents with mental health challenges. We need you to play a vital role in providing daily therapeutic support and guidance for children and adolescents so they can achieve the highest level of independence. Responsibilities:
Staff work together to provide support to adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges. The Day Residential Counselor has the dual responsibility for the daily therapeutic management of children and groups in the residence during morning routines and in the classroom during the school day. On school holidays and vacation days you will be responsible for supervising adolescents in the residence and will support running engaging activities during the shift. You will also work with students to assist in maintaining a clean and safe living environment, meal preparation, personal skill development, personal care assistance, and support the educational team in various ways throughout the school day.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma is required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills.
Shift:
Mon-Fri, 7 am-3 pm

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive
This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
