Key Responsibilities:
· Define project objectives and plans, set performance requirements, and communicate scheduling resources, including crew and location-specific responsibilities and additional logistics.
· Ensure seamless project execution, adhering to scope, budget, and schedule from start to finish. Oversee all facets of the project lifecycle.
· Visit potential project locations, coordinate with client representatives, and prepare and submit proposals through the RFS® business system.
· Provide daily guidance for in-progress work, conduct daily tie-downs with on-site crews, and submit a Daily Update via the RFS® business system, typically before noon the next day.
· Ensure project profitability through all project facets, including estimating, labor selection, in-progress tie-downs, and completion/billing, maintaining profitability within a range set by Senior Leadership.
· Assist in the recruitment, hiring, training, and retainage of Affiliates and Alliance Partners, and complete a minimum of one (1) overnight RFS® Quality Evaluation on-site each month.
· Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
· Track expenses, manage budgets, and minimize risks. Review plans, allocate work to subcontractors, and assist with bids.
· Ensure project documents are complete and up-to-date for invoicing and compliance.
Qualifications:
· Strong judgment and commitment to quality work.
· Proficient with technology, with the ability to quickly learn our software platform.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills, crucial for interacting with vendor partners and client locations while supporting internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
· Willingness to travel up to 75% during peak times within a given territory.
