Specific Responsibilities:
1. Oversees and manages multiple creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget.
2. Acts as the primary liaison between the creative team and stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable project plans.
3. Develops and maintains project schedules, timelines, and resource allocations to optimize efficiency and workload balance.
4. Provide creative production support for photoshoots, ensuring alignment with brand vision, efficient execution, and seamless coordination with photographers, stylists, and production teams.
5. Ensures clear communication of project expectations, milestones, and deliverables across all stakeholders.
6. Works closely with designers, copywriters, marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment with brand standards and creative vision.
7. Identifies potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
8. Maintains and refines creative workflow processes to enhance productivity and collaboration.
9. Creative production as needed.
10. Utilizes project management tools to track progress, manage assets, and report on key project metrics.
11. Facilitates project kick-offs, check-ins, and post-mortems to drive continuous improvement.
12. Oversees the operations of the photo studio, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource management, and alignment with creative objectives.
13. Collaborates with photographers, stylists, and production teams to optimize workflow and enhance the quality of visual assets.
14. Responsible and accountable for timely loads of assets & copy to the PIM software.
15. Fosters strong cross-functional relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration between creative, marketing, and business teams.
Qualifications and Competencies:
1. Requires experience managing a direct report, providing mentorship, feedback, and professional development guidance.
2. Requires 5 years of experience in creative project management, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team.
3. Needs to have a strong understanding of creative processes, including design, copywriting, and production.
4. Requires expertise in project management software (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, Trello, Workfront).
5. Must have excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
7. Must have experience working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and external vendors.
