E-Commerce Intern

Basic Function:

We are seeking a motivated and detailed- E-commerce Site specialist to join our dynamic e-commerce team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing our online store, ensuring that our product offerings are compelling and our site is user-friendly.

Specific Responsibilities:

· Assist in the management of product listings, including adding new products, updating existing listings, and ensuring accurate product information.

· Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop and execute merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

· Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, including sales events, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

· Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that product listings and promotions are aligned with marketing campaigns.

· Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

· Assist in the creation and maintenance of site content, including product descriptions, images, and category pages.

· Provide support for customer inquiries related to product listings and site navigation.

Intern Qualifications:

· Bachelor's focus in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and online merchandising.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.

· Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Magento) is a plus.

· A passion for e-commerce and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
