Basic Function:
As a brand marketing intern, you will support the marketing team in executing and analyzing campaigns, supporting influencer communication on social media platforms, assist with long term calendar planning, content ideation and creation, and coordinating PR efforts while ensuring smooth operations and brand alignment.
The intern will work within the Marketing Department to promote our brand and social media presence, while developing skills related to marketing, advertising, brand analytics and public relations. As our brand marketing intern, you will be working in a collaborative environment with all members of the marketing team.

Specific Responsibilities:
Research, Analysis and Reporting
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights
· Assist in collection and analyzing data from campaigns to evaluate performance metrics
· Deep dive on historical and current data to help inform decisions for future campaigns (i.e. successes, patterns, learnings).
Social Media and Influencer
· Monitor social channels for engagement and brand mentions to ensure prompt responses.
· Support moderating inbox messages from influencers within the platform to ensure prompt responses
and timely execution of seasonal campaigns
· Support scheduling and publishing content and long-term calendar management
· Identify key moments/holidays and white space for continued growth
· Content ideation and creation (i.e. collect quotes, create copy banks, identify new trends)
· Fulfill and track product requests for influencer campaigns
· Organizing/filing UGC in box
PR and Campaign Coordination
· Track and analyze media coverage and PR efforts to gauge effectiveness
· Maintain and update press lists for future outreach
· Coordinate sample and merchandise fulfillment for PR and influencer initiatives.
· Kitting, shipping and tracking orders for editors
Other:
· Attending weekly meetings
· Assisting with daily administrative duties
· Assist with marketing assets and organizing team workflows
Intern Qualifications:
· Be a current, full-time college student with at least one academic term remaining following an internship with Dearfoams.
· Be enrolled in courses for marketing, communications, or in a similar field.
· Strong analytical and organizational skills
· Passion for creative storytelling, consumer behavior, analytics and emerging trends in social marketing.
· Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tolls (e.g. Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Later, etc.)
· Good understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and techniques.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Data driven mindset with a passion for analytics and metrics
· Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
