We are recruiting a Project Manager in our Boston office (Hybrid role) to be focused on the Life Science (Biotech / Pharma) market.Along with growth and stability in an ever-changing volatile environment, this role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting projects within the greater Boston area while working with the best architectural partners in the world.
Some of your responsibilities include the following :
- Management of schedule and budgets for a multitude of projects
- Responsible for client communications
- Work directly with the Principal-in-Charge (PIC) to develop and manage project designs from initial concept through design documents, construction documents, construction, and project turnover.
- Collaborate and coordinate with all engineering discipline departments
- Track action items and drive them to closure
- Perform site investigation surveys to support design efforts and interim and final punch list reviews to support Construction Administration and Project Closeout.
- Manages Quality Control process and adheres to internal procedures.
- Understand and carry Vanderweil's client service approach and associated focus on Sustainability.
- Participate with business development for repeat work as well as new strategic client development.
