Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Lean Six Sigma Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving process improvements and operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and will be responsible for leading projects that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
• Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement using data-driven methodologies.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate training sessions on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
• Utilize project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to gain buy-in for proposed changes and improvements.
• Maintain customer relationship management practices to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.
• Utilize software tools, including Salesforce, for tracking project progress and reporting outcomes.
• Engage in strategic planning efforts to align process improvements with overall business development goals.

Experience

• Proven experience in business development, market analysis, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management practices, ensuring effective communication with clients.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools; certification is a plus.
• Experience negotiating solutions that meet both organizational objectives and customer needs.
• Knowledge of software applications related to process improvement and project tracking is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
