Responsibilities
- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement using data-driven methodologies.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate training sessions on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
- Utilize project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Negotiate with stakeholders to gain buy-in for proposed changes and improvements.
- Maintain customer relationship management practices to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.
- Utilize software tools, including Salesforce, for tracking project progress and reporting outcomes.
- Engage in strategic planning efforts to align process improvements with overall business development goals.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development, market analysis, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management practices, ensuring effective communication with clients.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools; certification is a plus.
- Experience negotiating solutions that meet both organizational objectives and customer needs.
- Knowledge of software applications related to process improvement and project tracking is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
