What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Specialist position at RGBSI?
As an Inventory Specialist at RGBSI, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare items for shipping, taking note of item contents, delivery methods, and other logistical details using proper procedures and materials.
- Receive, check, store, issue, and ship a variety of items while maintaining inventory control.
- Utilize assistance and/or powered mechanical means to load, unload, store, and deliver incoming and outgoing material.
- Operate computer hardware and software proficiently.
Requirements:
- Cycle count applicable inventory according to established processes.
- Apply measuring and weight recording devices accurately.
- Maintain equipment and surrounding areas in a tidy condition.
- Work effectively as a team member and independently.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Adhere to EH&S regulations, policies, and required training courses.
- Comply with EH&S roles and responsibilities in line with the Cargo Policy MP 5322.
