Job Description :
- The Social Media Analyst is responsible for the ongoing monitoring and analyzing of various social channels for customer and industry activity related to specific brand quality, in alignment with business, customer care and safety strategies and direction.
- Develop strategies to enhance and maximize insights provided by established social media listening tool(s).
- Leverage measurement tools and mine insights and provide regular progress reports.
- Continually find ways to improve on listening metrics through testing and new initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional teams reporting for Voice of the Customer (customer sentiment, trending brand topics, top customer concerns).
- Provide ongoing feedback to vehicle brands, dealer network, quality and other groups.
