What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Production Worker position at RGBSI?
Job Location: Casa Grande AZ 85193
Position Type: contract( 9 months) with possible extension
Pay Rate$20/hr on w2 with benefits
Shift : 6AM - 6PM
- Work as an integral part of the production team to ensure smooth operations and efficient output.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform various tasks including assembly, packaging, and machine operation as necessary.
- Follow standardized operating procedures and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
- Adherence to Environmental Health and Safety standards including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by job assignment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of production processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for all staff members.
- Physical work including but not limited to frequent pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching, lifting, standing, repetitive motions, etc.
- Lifting objects at various load levels.
- Use of tooling that requires specialized training.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to new environments.
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Flexibility to support any shift including day, night and swing shifts, as needed. Weekend and holiday work may be required.
- Punctuality and attendance are paramount.
- Ability to follow a required specific sequence of steps in a process repetitively for an extended period of time.
- Ability to maintain rate of production while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred:
- Service in the United States Military with honorable discharge.
- Previous experience working in an automotive OEM plant.
You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have command of the English language both written & verbal.
- All potential employees will be required to pass a comprehensive background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
