Job Description :
The Warranty Data Analyst is responsible to support the Warranty Data Analysis server, a Unix based application.
Server support functions will include annual license update, maintenance of user logs, routine maintenance of server space.
The position will further support the integrity of the data derived from multiple sources that includes but is not limited to : warranty claim data submitted by and paid to dealers including Vehicle Warranty, Recalls, and Services Contracts; survey data submitted by customers; Dealer Issue Detection - Incident data submitted by dealers; and Repair Order data captured by Dealer Management Systems and Dealer Service Data Integration.
Responsibilities :
The position is to provide analysis in support of Key Performance indicators within the Technical Service Organization including the data extraction and analysis of claim data and key performance metrics.
The Analyst position is expected to highlight trends within warranty claim data that can be input into quality and service organizations to assist in diagnosing and updating service information to assist dealers.
In addition, the position is responsible for data analysis related to service customer satisfaction, specifically Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Fixed First Visit (FFV).
The Analyst will assist in developing and optimizing new and existing data manipulation jobs for reporting.
The Analyst must be able to respond to requests for information and data from multiple groups.
The position is expected to be able to visually display data and findings, build presentations and deliver to management and other internal groups.
The manager should be proficient in warranty systems and analytical tools
Requirements :
Experience in analytics and reporting (minimum 2 years)
Proficient in MS Office 365, SQL or other data query languages
SAS, Unix, and PowerBI experience preferred or a plus
Must be able to build presentations and deliver to groups
Education :
Bachelor's degree in information technology field or mathematics
