Our Client :
Our client is a Japanese company specialising in Lactose food products. They are currently looking for a Sales and Shipping Executive to join their growing team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities :
- Handle sales support, secretarial and administrative duties
- Generating Sales and Purchase quotation, Contracts, Invoice, delivery order and shipping documents
- Correspondence with supplier, customers, freight forwarder on shipment arrangement
- Negotiation with Supplier & Customers on complaints and etc
- Manage Inventory management
- Administration duties e.g answering phone call, filing and serving drink for visitors
- Input data to accounting software
