Our Client :
Our client is a prominent Japanese IT Consulting company. They are currently looking for an experience Service Delivery Manager, Maintenance Support to join their growing team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers.
The Responsibilities :
- Manage business operation automation and maintenance tasks for EUCs, primarily developed using Microsoft Access, including forms, queries, modules, tables, reports, and macros.
- Oversee the entire SDLC, from requirement definition to go-live, for EUC maintenance and related projects.
- Manage tasks related to SSIS, stored procedures, PowerShell scripts, SQL Server, and general database technologies on Windows Server.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners. Ensure clear and effective communication.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to simplify complex technical situations for non-IT end users
