Position: Sales Representative
Compensation: Base Salary Commission (details upon interview)
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and build lasting relationships with customers
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
- Reach out to construction companies, property managers, homeowners, and commercial businesses to promote our dumpster rental services
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and service agreements
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain knowledge of services, pricing, and competitive market trends
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the waste management, construction, or rental industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads and accounts
- Valid driver’s license
