We are currently looking for motivated and dynamic Wine Sales Representatives to join our team and help expand our presence across available territories in New York and New Jersey. About the Role
As a Wine Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales, and expanding our footprint within your assigned territory. This is an outside sales position that requires a proactive and entrepreneurial approach. You’ll work with both provided leads and self-sourced prospects, while also maintaining long-term relationships with existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain Accounts – Build strong relationships with wine retailers, restaurants, and hospitality clients.
- Prospect & Close New Business – Work with leads we provide while also generating your own through networking and outreach.
- Manage Sales Cycle – From initial contact to closing deals and ongoing account management.
- Meet & Exceed Sales Goals – Achieve sales targets through strategic territory management.
- Stay Wine-Savvy – Maintain knowledge of our portfolio and stay informed on industry trends.
- Coordinate with Our Team – Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Wine Sales preferred, but at least 2 years of general sales experience is required.
- A passion for wine and a strong desire to grow in the industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own territory & schedule.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
