Our Network Administrator will mainly be responsible for:

We are looking for a positive, highly motivated self-starter to join our team! Our Network Administrator will mainly be responsible for:
- Accountable for the overall management of RGL's network
- Installing, configuring and maintaining network hardware and software including routers, switches, access points, firmware updates, firewall OS updates, etc.
- Manage firewall functions such as App-ID, User-ID, Security Policies, SSL Decryption, NAT, etc.
- Troubleshooting network issues and outages, working directly with vendor support as needed to resolve
- Assess network performance and recommend network planning and upgrades
- General IT support including but not limited to maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering hardware, software, servers (Windows and Linux), active directory, VoIP and security protocols
- Project manager for network projects (task completion, cost analysis, communication, timeline adherence)
- Maintain technical documentation for network administration, diagrams software administration, licenses, end user processes
- Ability to work and live safely

- Technology Associate Degree or equivalent experience in Networking or Computer Science
- 3-5 years of maintaining and operating a multi-site WAN network
- Excellent communication and decision making skills
- Ability to work with limited direction
- Excellent task planning, prioritization and organization
- Troubleshooting to solve complex issues
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to all levels of the organization
- Customer service focused
- Desire to learn and apply new skills
