About This Role
The Sales Compensation Administrator will manage and optimize the Xactly Incent platform, ensuring compliance with plan designs and SOX regulations. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine commission structures, resolve system issues, develop testing strategies, train junior team members, and prepare SOX documentation. Additionally, the role provides subject matter expertise on sales compensation matters.
What You Will Work On
- Support with annual reset of Xactly Incent to comply with approved plan design
- Work closely with Sales Compensation Senior Manager and IT team on programming requirements, commission matrix and rules, and subsequent bug resolution
- Develop efficient user testing approach for any sales org assigned, write test scenarios, lead the team to execute on testing approach
- Train junior team members on testing procedures and collaborate with administration managers
- Responsible for preparation of SOX documentation of testing using and submitting it for review with SME
- Provide subject matter expertise and a high level of internal consulting support to Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Sales Operations and management on a variety of sales compensation issues
- 5 years of work experience in Sales Compensation Admin field
- Experience with the Xactly Incent compensation platform
- Strong experience with user acceptance testing (planning, creation of test cases and execution)
- Strong Excel capabilities
- Experience preparing and reviewing documentation for SOX compliance
- Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
- Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
- Pay Range: $40-$45 DOE
