RGP is looking for a Data Governance Consultant who can offer audit support. This project-based role involves preparing comprehensive documentation on data governance process changes for new liquidity reporting and ensuring auditors and regulators understand the developed program.
This is a hybrid role that will sit in Phoenix. The consultant will work through RGP as a W2, hourly consultant for a duration of 6-12 months.What you will work on

- Prepare detailed documentation on the data governance process changes for new liquidity reporting.
- Document the internal process of how data governance has been established.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation exists for the Data Governance program, explaining how and why the program ensures data quality in Liquidity Reporting.
- Work cross-functionally within the Data Governance team to understand the full program roadmap and ensure the roadmap documentation is comprehensive enough to convey to regulators that the program ensures data quality within US Regulatory Reports.
- Utilize audit and/or compliance background to make roadmap suggestions to ensure the Data Governance Program meets external regulatory and internal audit scrutiny.
- Communicate effectively with leadership, project stakeholders in Controllership, and Internal Auditors.
- Set up a data attestation program and ensure its effectiveness.
- Experience in audit or compliance, particularly in 2nd Line roles over regulatory reporting.
- Proven experience in preparing documentation and communicating with auditors regarding data governance around liquidity reporting.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to leadership, project stakeholders, and auditors.
- Experience in setting up a data attestation program.
- Familiarity with the 2052a report and its requirements (preferred).
- Experience working within a Data Governance team and understanding of data governance processes (preferred).
- Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
- Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
- Pay Range: $ 75-$ 95/hr.
