This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, implementing sales strategies, recruiting and training agents, and ensuring the success of our real estate sales operations. Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Growth
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share and profitability.
- Set and track sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and execute initiatives to expand RGroup Realty’s market presence.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing real estate agents.
- Provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to ensure agent success.
- Oversee the execution of RGroup Realty’s 90-Day Agent Onboarding Program, including integrating the Gap & Gain workbook exercises for agent development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture, ensuring high engagement and motivation among agents.
- Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify and leverage new business opportunities.
- Oversee lead generation and nurturing programs, including the RGroup Lead Generation Program and Resident Lead Conversion Program, to drive sales and client engagement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of top-tier service and communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with branding and promotional initiatives.
- Support and promote RGroup Realty’s unique selling programs, including:
- PMA Sales Assistance Program
- Max Factor
- Flex Lease
- Seasoned Agent Program
- FRBO Success Program
- TREinvestor Program
- Stay up to date with market trends, competition, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with brokerage leadership to ensure compliance with local, state, and national real estate regulations.
- Leverage Brivity CRM, Brokermint, and Appfolio to enhance sales tracking, agent performance, and transaction management.
- Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to executive leadership.
- Active Arizona real estate broker or salesperson license (or ability to obtain a broker license within 6 months).
- Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Brivity preferred), transaction management software, and real estate marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Competitive base salary [$72,000-$120,000] with performance-based bonuses.
