We are currently looking for real estate agents who hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) designation and have a passion for assisting senior clients. • Serve senior clients seeking to downsize, transition, or age in place, utilizing RGroup Realty’s tailored programs.
• Collaborate with a supportive, forward-thinking brokerage team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Access innovative tools, including Brivity CRM and exclusive marketing programs, to enhance productivity and service.
• Offer specialized services such as the “Age In Place” initiative to help clients maintain and adapt their current homes.
• Maximize efficiency and growth through the ASCend Program, with dedicated Agent Success Coordinator (ASC) support.
