Position: Highway Construction Crew Laborer
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide variety of construction-related activities.
- Participate in all phases of highway construction.
- Prepare and clean up job sites.
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and brooms.
- Potential training in traffic control management.
- Potential operation of power tools such as jackhammers, earth tampers, and pavement breakers.

Job Requirements:
- Flexible and dependable availability – primarily day work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and nighttime work.

- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Prior asphalt experience is preferred.
