Description : Position Summary :

The Corporate Routing Coordinator is responsible for the key collaborative relationships to keep delivery operations running smoothly. This role helps to develop, implement, and manage route efficiencies and provides continuous improvement to customer deliveries.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Manage the adherence to route plans and standards to provide efficient and high levels customer service to all accounts
Provide regular data analysis and reports to ensure all established Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and goals are met
Conduct daily evaluations of route operations in assigned branches and adjust delivery activities to meet or exceed performance expectations
Work with Sales & Warehouse Management to collaboratively plan, change, and execute daily delivery activities
Partner with Company Sales Teams to resolve Customer issues or opportunities with the delivery process
Take the lead in executing the implementation of route changes
Propose suggestions for improvements in efficiency and cost reduction measures
Manage and update the route system with delivery schedules, reloads, account information, and new products
Strategically integrate new customers into existing route plans
Support compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies such as DOT, OSHA, etc.
Keep open communication channels with Key Partners by responding to routing related questions or concerns
Coordinate efforts with the HSE department to maintain safe loading and work methods
Perform other related duties as needed or assigned

Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and driving record within MVR policy guidelines

2 years of operations experience in a relevant, fast-paced environment, preferred; experience in a distributed business environment, a plus

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements

Regular, in person travel within the service territories of Silver Eagle required

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

Experience with VIP or other route accounting software, preferred

Strong project management and time management skills; including, a strong attention to detail and follow through

Ability to be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response

Proven experience delivering solutions to non-linear problems

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and managers

The Physical Requirements :

This role requires full-time, in-office attendance; in person travel within the service territories of Silver Eagle required

Talk, hear, and see (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus)

This is largely a sedentary role; however, light to medium work exerting up to 25 pounds of force to move objects may occasionally be required

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment

Work hours may vary daily due to business needs
