Job Summary:
We(RHI) are a community public safety patrol company seeking highly skilled and dedicated public safety patrol officers to join our team.
Our officers are responsible for maintaining a presence in our community. They also play a crucial role in deterring deviant activity, responding to incidents, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and deter deviant activities
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Provide assistance and support to visitors, employees, and residents as needed
- Conduct investigations and write detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with homeless population is an asset
