The Outlet Store Leader is responsible for leadership for cross-functional teams across all aspects of the business. The Leader is accountable for developing a high-energy, driven team that is passionate and determined to deliver an unexpected and extraordinary experience to our customers. This role sets the strategy and ensures execution at a high level with an unwavering commitment to Quality. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
- Boldly coach, lead and develop teams to promote a positive and dynamic environment
- Address all human resources concerns quickly, in partnership with Field Leadership and the People Team
- Ensure visual merchandising reflects brand standards and the Outlet vision for safety, cleanliness and operational excellence
- Support, promote and assume responsibility for profit protection in all areas of risk management, physical security, outlet cash controls, inventory management and internal audits
- Analyze and communicate business opportunities to achieve extraordinary results
- Represent the RH brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism
