RH is seeking a Guesthouse Housekeeping Support Associate to join our team in providing world-class service to our guests while taking great care of our guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
- Consistently deliver first class service and a luxury experience
- Ensure all guest interactions and greetings are conducted in a professional and courteous manner
- Uphold the cleanliness of public spaces and public restrooms to RH standards
- Move operational supplies between offsite storage and Guesthouse
- Clean, organize and replenish housekeeping pantries and closets
- Assist Housekeeping Associates with cleaning Guest rooms, linen, laundering and deliveries
- Assist with luggage on arrival and departure
- Pick up and deliver guest laundry
