Your Responsibilities
- Update and maintain large data sets of product details and SKU item records
- Research product information for HTS classifications and assist with customs paperwork preparation and review
- Build spreadsheets and submit online forms for government agency portals
- Follow up with merchants and product development to gather necessary product details
- Monitor daily exception reports to identify at-risk shipments and collaborate with service providers to resolve delays
- Troubleshoot and resolve customs clearance delays
- Track in-transit shipments to ensure on-time delivery using visibility tracking tools
- Proficiency in software tools with the ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Strong Excel skills for designing reports and managing large data sets.
- Keen attention to detail to accurately interpret and act on data.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving to navigate diverse challenges and prioritize effectively.
- Persistence and follow-through to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Clear and effective communication to understand needs and provide direction.
- Flexibility to address off-hours priorities as needed
