RH is seeking a customer-centric and detail-oriented Payroll Support Associate to join our team on a temporary assignment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and capable of handling sensitive information with accuracy and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll mails and documents daily.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee garnishments, pay adjustments, and tax documents
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding general payroll-related matters
- Assist with new hire payroll setup and team member terminations
- Generate payroll reports for internal and external use
- Support audits by gathering necessary payroll records and documentation
- Collaborate with People and IT partners to resolve payroll record discrepancies
- Consistently maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information at all times
- 2 years in payroll administration, HR, or a related field
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g.UKG, Dayforce) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Google applications
- Accurately process and review payroll data
- Balance multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great phone and customer service skills
- Strong understanding of payroll confidentiality and data protection policies
- This role requires an in-office presence Monday - Friday at our headquarters, based in Corte Madera, CA.
- Some work outside of business hours due to payroll processing periods

Salary : $30 - $40
