JOB DESCRIPTION
RH Cleveland is seeking a Server to join our team in providing world-class service to guests while taking great care of our equipment and facilities. In this role, you will add value to the overall flow of service by being a great team player and being one step ahead of the guest needs. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about luxury service and compelled by the details.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs
- Greet guests at their tables and at the host stand
- Ensure all guest orders are placed in a timely manner, including water, beverage, and food orders
- Support with guests’ questions as it relates to food and beverage items listed on the menu, including ingredients, methods of preparation and allergens
- Engage with guests when appropriate to make them feel welcomed and "at home"
- “Full hands” on trips to and from the kitchen
- Process all guest payments
- Run food and drinks to guest tables as needed
- The Server’s primary responsibilities include restocking credenzas, clearing, crumbing, resetting, sanitizing tables, boxing to-go items, sidework (serviettes & rollups), and polishing silverware and glassware
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Server
- Alcoholic Beverage Service Certified, Certification based on Local Jurisdiction
- Valid Food Handler Certified
- Willing to learn new skills and support the broader team
- Effectively multitask in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude
- Experience with Micros and Toast, or a similar POS system
- General knowledge of food, wine, and beer
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequently moving and lifting items up to 50 lbs
- Work standing and walking for extended periods of time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
