Position Summary:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize Rhapsody's digital and paid media efforts. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will play a critical role in driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth through strategic, high-impact campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven marketer who thrives on analyzing data, optimizing performance, and seeing the tangible impact of their work. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across channels, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, content syndication, ABM platforms, and more.
- Partner with the Director of Demand Generation to align campaigns with business goals and sales priorities, ensuring seamless integration with broader marketing strategies.
- Own campaign performance metrics, including CAC, ROAS, CPL, and pipeline contribution, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Manage and scale organic marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns, to maximize engagement and impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing operations, product marketing, and sales, to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategies, enhancing audience engagement and ROI.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices, especially within the healthcare technology sector.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles, ideally in B2B or healthcare technology.
- Proven success managing and optimizing paid media channels and achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of marketing performance metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Demandbase, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for working with cross-functional teams.
- A self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, results-driven organization and is motivated by seeing the impact of their work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare technology marketing or a similar regulated industry.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to complement performance marketing efforts.
- Previous success scaling campaigns in a high-growth or startup environment.
