Revere Medical is seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practitioner to join a well-respected and very busy community-based practice in White House, Tennessee. This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a well-established primary care practice consisting of two physicians and seven advanced practitioners. Both adult patients and Acute Care walk-in children visits will be part of the patient mix. Open to both Adult Medicine and Family Medicine providers and both experienced candidates and new grads will be considered for this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients
- Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Promote health education and disease prevention
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
- Comfortable using new technology and software
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
