What You'll Do:
- Lead engaging group activities tailored to the interests and goals of individuals.
- Provide hands-on support to ensure individuals’ safety, growth, and well-being.
- Supervise individuals at all times, responding promptly to incidents and following reporting protocols.
- Assist with daily tasks, including meal service, according to program regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to create lesson plans and maintain accurate records.
- Stay informed about individuals’ goals, safeguards, and behavioral needs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute recommendations for program improvements.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedules may vary to meet individual needs, so flexibility is key!
