Job Title: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Overnight Inpatient
Hours: 36 hours per week, Overnight Shifts

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a minimum of 2 years of inpatient, adult psychiatric experience. You will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive mental health care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Your expertise will directly contribute to the stabilization and recovery of individuals in acute behavioral health crises.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evidence-based evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients, including prescribing medications and psychotherapeutic interventions.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilize patients in acute settings.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Coordinate care with case managers, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement and teaching programs within the organization.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Nursing with a Psychiatric Mental Health specialization.
- At least 2 years of experience in an inpatient, adult psychiatric setting.
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts.
- Valid DEA and MA Controlled Substances certificate (or eligibility to obtain).
- Buprenorphine waiver (or willingness to acquire).
- Knowledge of DMH, DPH, BSAS, and TJC regulations.
