Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a talented clinical team, including physicians and nurse practitioners.
- Develop and implement medical policies, clinical standards, and care protocols.
- Oversee quality improvement initiatives and ensure exceptional clinical outcomes.
- Provide medical expertise in training and education for interdisciplinary team members.
- Represent the organization to external agencies, regulatory bodies, and professional groups.
- Foster seamless care delivery by collaborating with the provider network and community partners.
What You Bring:
- M.D. or D.O. with an active medical license.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice (advanced geriatrics certification preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or administrative role.
- Managed care experience with a focus on quality management and physician leadership.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with frail or elderly populations (or willingness to train).
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Expertise in chronic disease management and elder care needs.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to inspire interdisciplinary teams.
- Sensitivity to diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
