Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pain Management Physician to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with chronic pain conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Administer various pain management therapies, including but not limited to Botulinum toxin treatment and suture techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care, including considerations for dementia care and pediatrics when applicable.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding pain management strategies and home care options.
- Stay current with advancements in pain management practices, critical care methodologies, and hematology as it relates to pain conditions.
Skills
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance systems.
- Proficient in pain management techniques and therapies.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in a medical setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
