Role Description
As an Information Technology Professional. your passion lies in analyzing, improving, and governing HR processes especially Payroll & Time Management. In this role, you will execute technical IT experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employees Central or other benchmark payroll systems used in North America. You are an expert in Service & Support Management and want to work on new strategies and technologies.
Main responsibilities
- Evaluate and respond to Support Requests as 2nd level support member
- Serve as point of contact in change management in the Human Resources area for SAP processes
- Execute ticket changes & projects across US, Canada and Mexico
- Serve as SAP Key User in North America
- Present solutions, including new technologies and process improvements
- Facilitate trainings and improve know how of our users & Key Users
