Server Assistant

Job Summary:

The Server Assistant supports the service team by ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. This role involves assisting servers with various tasks, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and providing excellent customer service to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests.
• Refill water glasses, provide condiments, and respond to basic guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and organizing service stations.
• Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and glassware as needed.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Provide friendly and attentive support to guests to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
