Rhino Exteriors is looking to add 3-5 members to our exceptional sales team. We offer a very competitive pay structure with straight forward advancement opportunities. Responsibilities
- Present and Promote our company and products offered, and sell products/services, sometimes overcoming objections to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, and track sales
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback - Good communication and follow up is a must.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience in any face-to-face sales industry.
- Ability to learn and follow direction.
- Time management and organization skills needed.
- Computer literate and able to learn and navigate our CRM.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Willingness to set up and climb ladder safely when necessary.
- Self-Starters only.
- Proven work experience as a sales representative.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
