We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff (Servers, Hosts, Bussers, Expo, Food Runners, etc) to join our vibrant and diverse team at Rhino Hospitality Group - a nationally recognized award-winning restaurant group in Savannah. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will engage with customers, manage reservations, and ensure that all guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Answer questions about the menu, specials, and services offered.
- Assist with taking orders and processing payments when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Promote special events or promotions to enhance guest experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
