Role Summary:
The Deck Operations Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of production staff at our Maple Lake, MN production facility. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in manufacturing and rotational molding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the production team
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment
- Accountable for completing work orders correctly
- Responsible for productivity, scrap, and rework within assigned production area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing related experience
- Mechanical aptitude, good attention to detail, ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $20.00 to $22.00 an hour
